RPC settings change requires restart for changes to take effect

It looks like when you change the RPC preferences (and probably other preferences) it requires you to completely kill the electron window and re-open it for it to load the new settings. This can be kinda confusing if you're trying to change things to get connected to your node since it's not clear.

this is absolutely the case right now.

i will try to work on fixing it. Kinda sucks since I may need to replace the settings library i am using to make it work well.

As a stop-gap, you could have an explicit save button that does a relaunch: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/api/app#apprelaunchoptions
