Ensure running status checks for Sapling instance #51
Description
Currently, the header status says "Running" if the specified port responds in general - but it does not care whether it's Sapling or something else that responds.
Create a check that makes sure the port is in fact used by the same Sapling instance that the GUI is affecting.
Show a unique status when;
- It's a Sapling instance, but not the one the GUI is pointed at
- It's not a Sapling instance at all
