Migrate to Material You tabs design

This issue is about tracking the progress on migrating react-native-tab-view design to Material You. Most of the changes are around labels and new indicator, which is now behaving more "naturally" animating depending on tab distance and also has new look.

Tabs now support two variants (Primary and Secondary)

New tabs design can be seen on Google Maps app on Android.
