Hi, there seems to be a problem with handling SIM stacks which have a lattice period that is to fine.
The reconstruction always fails at the MaskedTranslationRegistration2D_fit I end up getting a nuberOfPixelThreshold of around 1e-16.
Any tips on how to get this code working with a finer lattice period like 275nm or less?
Oh also your sample data requires the system have about 100GB of functional RAM/Memory or the reconstruction fills up the ram and swap partition before crashing matlab. I had to resize my swap partition to be able to reconstruct your data set.
