Hello,
My Scratch account (username: hmabur) has been suspended for over 20 days without a clear reason. I have tried to contact the official support multiple times, sending emails and proof that I have not violated any rules, but I have received no response or solution.
This prolonged suspension is deeply affecting me, as my account contained many projects and an active community that I built with great effort.
I kindly request that someone with access to the support or development team reviews my case and helps me regain access to my account.
I have followed all recommended steps, including contacting support multiple times and providing proof of ownership. Despite waiting over 20 days patiently, I have received no response or assistance. This lack of support has been very frustrating and disheartening.
