New hint feature is reversed in RTL languages

The new hint feature is great! But it's reversed in RTL language words. The first letter is shown at the end and so on...

Uhm ... i tried it and the hints themselves seem correct to me?

The green underscores are in the same places as letters in chat.

Can you show me exactly how it should be?

The issue is in the chat message and is only noticeable if the wordpack language and locale language have different directions.

See the below example, using Hebrew wordpack (RTL language) and English locale. Note how the green underscore is under the last letter in the word but in the chat message it looks as if the revealed letter is the first letter.

I think we'll need to remove the format placeholder from the translated string ("word-hint-revealed") and print "Hints" in the same line. Then the hints string can be in its own span with dir=rtl where it is required. I don't mind submitting a PR.
