Example Configs collection

Although OIDC is pretty straight forward, example guides cover a lot of ground in recruiting new users. We have had a lot of success doing something similar with LLDAP:

Rauthy should add an example_configs folder and start accepting contributions.

I thought about creating example config for Rauthy itself, e.g. the minimal or most-likely to adopt settings for a single instance deployment, or HA.

For client apps, yeah sure I thought about creating a section in the the book, just like I started one for adding different upstream providers, but I was not sure about how helpful that might be. Adding a section and some first examples is pretty quickly done though and I can do that after the v0.28 release.
That's a good idea. Some parts of the book need updates anyway.

I also have a working config / flow for the Google (🤢) upstream provider I can share.

I see the docs only show Github as a possible provider, so I can try update there too.

Even Github only exists as a template, only because it's a bit special. I don't use any of them myself. But you can add a new section to the book.
