We're seeing an increase of exceptions in our crash tool related with file access exception

@ggirotto It appears to be an OS Level permissions related issue and the information provided is not enough to understand the entire context of the issue. It will be great if you can share the steps which led to this error.

I don't know the exactly steps to reproduce this issue, since we are just seeing this in our production analytics tracker, but this hasn't been solved yet.

The issue is more likely happening here given our analytics stack trace:

state.dart in PersistedState.init.<fn> at line 217 within segment_analytics

In the latest version of the plugin 1.1.8 this is still an issue. I suggest to keep this ticket open.
