Add OS-Aware Shortcut Rendering to Kbd Component

Feature Idea:
For the new Kbd component, would it fall within the intended scope of shadcn-ui components to support OS-aware shortcut rendering? For example, the component could detect the user’s operating system and automatically display the correct symbols:

Detect the user’s operating system and automatically display the correct shortcut symbols:

• 1. Windows: Ctrl
• 2. macOS: ⌘

Rationale:
This feature would reduce the need to manually include both versions of shortcuts, improve consistency for end users, and simplify developer workflow.
