Current Behavior
Noticed a couple of test cases that sometimes fail randomly in prs such as:
should reflect a TaskRunTimeout reason and Completion time on timeout
should create an image with creation timestamp set to unix epoch timestamp zero
Expected Behavior
should reflect a TaskRunTimeout reason and Completion time on timeout will sometimes error on timeout exceeded.
