Base.yaml playbook bugfixing #151
Description
- remove uninstall pyOpenSSL task, as it currently not needed and blocks ssl upload
- update ufw task to actually disable ipv6 + reload and disable ufw after that
- improve swap file playbook to have ability to detect if swapfile already present and if not correct size increase it to expected size
- bump docker version in docker playbook, currently it's installing version for ubuntu bionic (18.04)
