parentEl props is not working in v7.0.0

We are facing an issue at the time of page scroll, the date picker popup fixed at one place and the whole is scroll, is not scrolling with the date picker input box.

Think we're experiencing this as well. Can't get it to attach to another DOM node for the life of us. Do we have to pass in a jQuery? We're using this in a react app with no jquery and tried passing in document.querySelector, a plain string to the ID, etc, but to no avail.
