Include configured link secret name in link flow record

I am planning to rotate link certs with skupper sites that are running skupper/v1.

During cert rotation, there will be a brief period of time where 2 links are configured to a given target site.
After the new, 2nd link is operational, the older link will be deleted.

When I have 2 links configured (and operational) to the target site, I have observed the following:

• the configmap/skupper-network-status contains 1 link flow record.
• The link flow record does not indicate the corresponding, configured link secret name

Opening a ticket to consider the following proposed enhancements:

• Update the link flow record to indicate the configured link secret name.
• If 2 links are operational to a target site (during cert rotation), include both link flow records in the configmap/skupper-network-status.
