Deprecate xcmsFragments and remove in next devel cycle

Hi,
xcmsFragments was an old attempt at including fragments (=MS2 Spectra) and query them against MetFrag or MassBank.
Never took off, never really used. Deprecate in this development cycle, and remove after next BioC release in October 2025.
