Create more CI jobs that are precisely triggered when needed #963
Description
Right now we have CI for only LLM demo apps, and they are triggered always when there are changes in the code (even not related to LLMs). We need to add other apps to the CI workflow and trigger them precisely when needed.
Additionally, no CI actions should run on drafts.
