ANSG Command Adding Game with Blank Title

Issue Description

When running ansg or addnonsteamgame, the game is added but without a name in Steam. This happens both when I use the GUI and when I use command line. To single it down to a single example, I used the following command, and the screenshot is what was added to steam:

steamtinkerlaunch ansg -ep=/home/cap/Games/Campground.Owner.v1.0/CampgroundOwner.exe -an=CampgroundOwner

I've tried pretty much every alternative version (using the GUI, appname= instead of an=, using quotes around the location and title, testing with different games in different locations, etc) all to the same effect.

More info - when I query a nsg list, it comes back looking like it should. ModOrganizer.exe is one that I added manually in the Steam client and the name does display appropriately in steam.
