If REGEDIT is

• set to 0 it will be skipped completely
• set to 1 either
  • an existing registry file $STLREGDIR/$SteamAppId.reg (usually ~/.config/steamtinkerlaunch/regs/$SteamAppId.reg`)_ will be applied
  • the registry opens for manual configuration

When $SteamAppId.reg was applied, REGEDIT will be set to "0" in the game config, to skip regedit on the following game starts. REGEDIT can be enabled either via Game Menu or via Steam Collection.
