Get cross-repo linking up and running on Sourcegraph #4
Description
rust-analyzer recently gained moniker support in rust-lang/rust-analyzer#10841, which means that cross-repo linking should "just work" with Sourcegraph.

- @Strum355 found a bug where the import/export parity is flipped; we should file an issue upstream and work with them to land a fix.
