[Azure Pipelines] Automatize Bot publication

Describe the solution you'd like
You should be able to use a marketplace task to update your bot automatically whenever you push a new commit to your selected branch.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Create a task that uses Azure CLI, asks the user for the required credentials and publishes the modified bot on Azure.

This task will be executed after every Pipelines build, so it would avoid the user from having to manually update the bot after every change they make on the code.
