Clicking on some "internal" links in e.g. Schema documentation in Hover opens a non existing doc/folder

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.
2. Hover a key of a schema node
4. Scroll down in the hover panel to link with label 'Abstract'
5. Click on link

Expected behavior
Either scroll to the relevant section, or open the relevant section of the external documentation in a browser or do nothing

Actual behavior
Opens a non existing file/folder
