I’d like to know if SpessaLib supports extracting lyric events.
I couldn’t find anything about it in the documentation.
What’s the best way to learn more about lyric extraction with SpessaLib?

Yes, it does.

Here's the property lyrics of the BasicMIDI class. You can access the current MIDI data here..

Note that spessasynth_lib is just a wrapper for spessasynth_core, most of the data types are explained there.
