Use the new column masking API starting with Trino 455

As mentioned in the Supported product versions Sheet, starting with 455 we want to use the new column masking API introduced in 453 (trinodb/trino#21359). This improves the performance of requests related to column masking.

Issue checklist

For this there are two main steps:

• Update the operator to activate the new column masking API for versions 455 and above
• Update the RegoRules to use the new API

That ticket is of our interest as well. We have problems with very wide tables (1500 cols) that generate opa requests for every column with verb GetColumnMask. We already had to increase the httpclient queuing property for trino talking to opa 😄

It seems like these requests can be made via batch api now trinodb/trino#22839
