Description
Describe the bug
I have a project open with code viewable. I click "Create Repository" A popup states "GitHub App configuration required
You need to install the GitHub App to connect a GitHub repository to this project. The process is done in a separate tab." Below that in red "App not installed". I click on Configure which redirects me to GitHub where I can see that the app is infact configured. Further, within stackblitz I can click on Dashboard and see my GitHub projects and I can click on them which opens up empty containers.

Parity with Local
- I have run the project in my local machine and I could not reproduce the issue.
