Quasar template incorrectly classified as "Fullstack" #1950

Description

Describe the bug

The StackBlitz Quasar template is incorrectly classified as "Fullstack" when it should be "Frontend" and IMHO also "Popular".

There is no backend code in this example and the Quasar framework does not include any backend support other than SSR (Server side rendering) of front end components.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Stackblitz Dashboard
  2. Select "Fullstack" templates
  3. Discover "Quasar" is incorrectly classified as "Fullstack" - Shock Horror 😺

Expected behavior

Reclassify Quasar as "Frontend" and perhaps also "Popular".
