Add Nimbus version to all requests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently only subset of requests from Nimbus validator client include the proper version under the User-Agent header.

Previously this issue addressed the Builder API requests.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be possible to return the correct User-Agent=nim-presto/v25.7.1, instead of User-Agent=nim-presto/0.0.3 in all requests?
