Create a link per branch

Currently stormkit generates a different link for each deployment.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

It'd be nice to have a link that is stable per branch. For instance: `<my-app>--<my-branch-name>.stormkit.dev` and it displays the latest change on that branch.
