This is written in future tense 2 years ago. But as I understand the full C# node code is complete and running. So this should be updated to past tense.

"Stratis has developed a blockchain full node in C# utilizing the trusted and proven architecture of Bitcoin." ?

Plus following sentences are also in future tense.
