[C/C++] active preprocessor branch is not detected correctly

What happened?

The active preprocessor branch with #elif 1 is grayed in current version 4192.

I'd suggest to drop that feature entirely as a static syntax highlighter can't handle any but such trivial conditions such as 0, false, etc.
