Outputs to an alternative backend other than the databackend

Configure multiple databackends in CFG via dictionary:

databackends: dict = {
    'mongo_prod': 'mongodb://123.123.23.23:27017/prod',
    'mongo_dev': 'mongodb://localhost:27017/dev',
    's3': 's3://a_bucket',
    'pinecone': 'pinecone://'
}

Then setup allows developers to configure where a model outputs to e.g. Model(outputs_to='s3').

This is cool @blythed . Is pinecone or weaviate going to be part of the options?
