api.on("scroll" does not work

hello,when i use

api.on("scroll", () => {
            console.log(`Scrolling detected`);
        });

to process,it will never triggered when i scroll by mouse

We’ve noticed that the api.on("scroll", ...) event doesn’t trigger when you scroll with the mouse. Right now, it only works as an action, and we totally understand that this can be a bit inconvenient.
We're aware of this issue and are planning to fix it in an upcoming update.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on this.
