Provide a Docker image for linux/arm64

Hello,

Would it be possible to build and publish a Docker image for the linux/arm64/v8 platform?

The current image does not appear to run on a modern Macbook (M3 Pro). I'm not sure what the exact issue is (the java process just hangs without outputting anything) but it looks like there are numerous known issues with running Java in Docker containers when emulating x86 on ARM64 hardware.

I was able to build an ARM64 image by doing the following:

1. Clone the repo
2. Install Maven (brew install maven)
3. Build the project with mvn --no-transfer-progress -B install --file pom.xml
   • This produces an error about building Javadoc but it looks like it can be ignored.
4. Build the Docker image with docker buildx build --platform linux/arm64/v8 -t swagger-converter:arm64 --load .
5. Run the Docker image with docker run -it -p 8080:8080 --name swagger-converter swagger-converter:arm64

After doing all this, the converter runs and is available at http://localhost:8080.
