luatest installed not correctly #431
Description
I'm using Lua language and it's environment for the first time and I don't fully understand how I need to install it and use it. I installed it through the command 'luarocks install luatest --local' and I have a binary '/.luarocks/bin/luatest' but I cannot run 'luatest --version' or '/.luarocks/bin/luatest --version' and due to exceptions below (in any directory of my FS I'm getting this issue).
