[Feature Request] Add MongoDB Support as Backend

Hi Taskiq team,

I’d like to request adding MongoDB as a supported backend for Taskiq. Currently, Taskiq supports backends like Redis and RabbitMQ.

You can implement a Mongo-backed result backend quite easily. Just create a custom class that implements get_result and set_result, and you’ll be good to go.

Taskiq is modular, so you can implement your own broker and result backend if you don't want to wait for us to publish a new package.
