macOS dmg installer doesn't show Applications folder icon

Hello, just wondering if this is a known issue... for some reason the Applications folder icon doesn't appear in the macOS dmg installer window:

I'm on macOS Tahoe 26.1 (25B78).

When I choose "Get Info" on the missing icon, it shows at the bottom, but there is a really weird issue there too, check out the title in this animated GIF:

It's the same for aarch64 and x64 installers.
