With version 6.x the aws provider introduced enhanced region support.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Upgrade this module to use version 6.0 and introduce a variable to support a different region from the one specified in the provider for all region-aware resources.

It would be amazing to get off of the deprecated aws_security_group_rule resource in the process.
