Take same approach as [here](https://github.com/terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-event-notifications/blob/565b633fb9413267804e3ca7b7562b14cc8611cb/variables.tf#L126-L135), and allow module to multiple service credentials with the supported roles for Event Streams
