Uxn Versioning

I am currently thinking just have a nightly release for the continuously updated version.

I am not sure what to do about the frozen/stable version. I do think it would be good for it to exist, but I am not sure how a permanent frozen release fits into the terra versioning system. I am currently looking at zed as an example for handling stable/nightly versions of a package.

Is there a good/standard/suggested way to do a frozen/perma release version of a package?

what about this, if the frozen version is safe and it works, then it's probably fine.

Me and @Owen-sz talked about this and decided this should be merged without the nightly while I work on a sr.ht versioning script for nightly releases.

I will clean up #8537 and work on the sr.ht versioning script.

The issue with the script is a lack of a nice way to get the latest commit from the API (which is a badly documented graphql blob). We are thinking of just scraping the HTML because the site is pretty simple.
