Please add plug in extension to support running powershell scripts during create process

We currently use powershell to generate hyperv VMs. As part of the process powershell copies the reference vhdx to a designated location, mounts it, copies files into the vhd, generates a customized unattend.xml and puts in it panther.

It would be of tremendous value if there was an option to run a powershell command or script during the kitchen create.
