Update testing-library/dom to v10?

Hello :)

I am just wondering if there are any plans to update the `@testing-library/dom` dependency to v10? Or make it a peer dependency so that end-users can self upgrade?

I can override it locally with pnpm, but am wondering if there is a reason why I should not do this. My tests seem to be working fine so far.
