Incorporating Biological Priors and integrating multiple dataset #841

Hello, hope you are doing well.
I have a couple of questions regarding Moscot,
I am working on embryonic development for a cell type of interest, i have some biological priors in the form of imaging data and spatial data for tissue origin/region, and i also curated public data from later time point (I am working time series data of single cell). will batch effect really affect my result ?, secondly, how do i incorporate biological priors, do i subset just for the cell type of interest ?, and the last question is regarding sankey diagram, is there a way to get a more tree like structure with bifurfication/multifurfication event, because in my example the mature state in the end of the time series is just descendent of one precursor population, but instead i got that they descendent from all previous population .
