[CCIP] Order Tokens and Network by Popularity #167

What would you like us to improve?
There is a request in the CCIP designs to order the Tokens and Networks in the main homepoage (and in other list) by popularity.
AC:
- Check the data for Popularity field and add it within the "list" retrieval
- Ensure the same is applied to all tables and list for tokens and networks
