Update Chainlink Blocks and Design System #82

What would you like us to add?
As a developer, I would like to have access to the latest version of the chainlink Blocks, so that I can reuse as many components as possible.
Given the fact that the Blocks package has never been added to the project, we need to check the feasibility of adding it.
AC:
- Step1: Try to add the BLOCK to the project without making any additional changes and see if anything breaks
- Step2: If Step 1 breaks, try to remove the "design system" and see how big is the damage that it product by navigating
- Step 3 Report to simone to make a decision of how to introduce this package.
NOTE: I remember that we tried to add the blocks already in the past, but there was something breaking. The package is more mature, so things may be better now.
