Issues with Google Analytics and Tawk.to in GLPI 10.0.16

After installing and configuring GLPI 10.0.16, I am facing difficulties with the functioning of Google Analytics and Tawk.to. Even though I entered the correct information, neither service is operating as expected.

Note: When accessing the jsaddons configuration page with the Tawk.to code, the chat button appears in the middle of the page, on the left. As for Google Analytics, it is not being recognized by the Analytics website.

As soon as I exit the JS Addons configuration page, the Tawk.to button disappears, not being displayed anywhere else.
