slice using a range doesn't work on ungrouped data #53

Description

Adding that bug I mentioned here to keep a note of it, got it with tidySE v1.7.2

These work
se %>%
slice(1)
se %>%
filter(time == "Day0" | time == "Day8") %>%
group_by(.sample) %>%
slice(1:3)

but this does not

se %>%
slice(1:3)

Nothing is returned except this message

tidySummarizedExperiment says: This operation lead to duplicated feature names. A data frame is returned for independent data analysis.

The se object I was using is here (it's an rds file not a txt)
se2.txt
