Update Highlights

The template has been updated to support Next.js 15.
- To update the package versions:
```
yarn add [email protected] react@rc react-dom@rc [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]
```
- To update the dynamic APIs:
```
npx @next/codemod@latest next-async-request-api .
```
- specify export const dynamic = 'force-static' in sitemap.ts, robot.ts and api/newsletter/route.ts since GET route handler are no longer cache by default
The navigation bar menu has also been updated to use HeadlessUI for better accessibility and user experience and an implemented of a fixed navbar option for better navigation on long pages.
For new users, looking to deploy a static site, the contributions by @abernier along with the improved documentation and readme should also make it a lot more straightforward.
