Signage 8th Period screen doesn't work when unauthenticated #1832

Steps to reproduce
- Go to any Signage URL unauthenticated (use incognito) at https://ion.tjhsst.edu/signage/display/cs-library
- Click the 8th period icon
Expected behavior
8th periods are displayed properly, as they are when authenticated.
Actual behavior
500 Internal Server Error
