[FR] Adding option to open Word under cursor

I would be much more nicer to just move cursor to a link and open it without selecting it. in vi mode I have to bind a key to do `BvE` to select the Word then use this plugin by pressing `o` . but that still makes it two key presses. It would be nice to default to Word in Copy-mode vi (normal mode)
