Issue Report

In the documentation, I tried to know about the default ruleset, after clicking the embedded link I got a 404 error.
https://todogroup.github.io/repolinter/
404 error -> https://todogroup.github.io/repolinter/rulesets/default.json

The URL needs to be changed to be absolute; it's currently set relatively:

https://github.com/todogroup/repolinter/blob/main/README.md?plain=1#L100
