Update Compose UI workarounds #215
Description
Our first Compose UI version of the app for iOS used a very early version of KMP Compose UI. There were a number of workarounds implemented at the time. Of special note was image handling, but there are probably others. Review current state of KMP Compose and remove workarounds that are no longer necessary.
