Not able to send BTC with fee rate below 1 sat/vB

Describe the bug
App offers me a Low fee variant as 0 sat/vB (I would expect to see the decimals here) and If I click on Review and sign button, nothing happens.

Info:

• Mobile Suite Version: 25.10.1 RC4
• OS: Anroid 13

How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Try to send when fees are low (Low option below 1 sat/vB)
2. Select Low option
3. Click on Review and sign
4. See error

Expected behavior
I would expect to see the decimal number for fees below 1 sat/vB and I would expect to be able to proceed with such a low fee rate.
